Method
  1. Combine honey, lemon juice and soy sauce. Mix well then add Pecans.
  2. Continue mixing until Pecans are covered. Leave stand for two hours mixing occasionally.
  3. Drain Pecans and coat well with castor sugar. The best method is to drop Pecans into the plate of castor sugar.
  4. Heat some vegetable oil to cover the Pecans and cook until golden,
  5. Remove from oil and drain.
